Terms & Conditions

Initial Service Fee
$270.00 + tax charged now and credited to your first invoice.

Standard Rates

• Plumbing & Sprinkler Repairs: $270.00/hr + tax
• Technical Services (pumps, systems, control panels, boilers, heat timers, etc.): $360.00/hr + tax

Overtime & Double-Time

• Overtime (before 8 AM or after 4:30 PM): 1.5× standard rate
• Double-time (Sundays & Holidays): 2× standard rate

Payment Authorization
By clicking “Submit,” you authorize Demar Plumbing Corp. and Demar Mechanical Inc. to:

1. Securely store your payment card information in a PCI-compliant format.
2. Charge your card for:

• The Initial Service Fee upon submission.
• Any additional costs incurred during the first visit or subsequent visits.
• Any unpaid invoice balances that remain outstanding 30 days past the invoice date.

You will receive a detailed invoice and a receipt for each charge.

The initial service fee will be credited to the invoice for the subsequent appointment for service.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must notify us in writing within 10 days of the invoice date; we’ll investigate and work with you to resolve it.
