Payment Policy Plumbing & sprinkler repairs: $300.00/hr Heating, cooling, mechanical, and technical repairs: $390.00 Work is billed in full hour increments with a minimum of 1 hour for standard service calls and 2 hours for emergency calls. Normal business hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Work performed outside those hours, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, is billed at the applicable overtime or double time rate. If there is any conflict between this summary and a fully executed service agreement for your building, the service agreement controls.
